To-Shin Do Licensed Training Clubs are groups of 5 to 35 members training in Stephen K. Hayes’ To-Shin Do martial arts curriculum under direction of either the Dayton Hombu Dojo or a Licensed School authorized by SKH Quest Hombu Dojo National Training Headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Licensed Training Clubs are not professional schools, and often use shared facilities not exclusively dedicated to To-Shin Do instruction. Licensed Clubs award To-Shin Do belt rank only through their sponsoring teachers.
