Return & Refund Policy

The items we offer are of the highest quality and are packed with care. We are confident that you'll enjoy and treasure every item you purchase at SKHQuest.com.

New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.

Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.

DVDs:
Due to vendor requirements, DVD's cannot be refunded. If a defect is discovered in the purchased DVD, it can be exchanged for the same title.

Digital Downloads:
If you are unable to download your digital file, or are unable to get your video to play, our tech support staff will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to successfully resolve your download issue, we may at our discretion offer a full refund, send you your digital file on a CD, or offer you an "upgrade" price for the DVD version of the title you purchased.
