SKH Quest Licensed Affiliate Instructors maintain independently owned training facilities authorized to present classes and award belt ranks using Stephen K. Hayes’ To-Shin Do ninja martial arts curriculum under license agreement with SKH Quest Hombu Dojo National Training Headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Some Licensed Affiliate Instructors maintain full-time professionally run academies.

Some Licensed Affiliate Instructors use part-time shared facilities not exclusively dedicated to To-Shin Do instruction.
