I know many martial artists who spar all the time. Thats fine; you both in your underpants with gloves on and mouth guards. It’s different when someone comes up and starts shouting at you in the street when you’re trying to unpack your shopping. My To-Shin Do training made me ready for real situations, not sporting ones.

I agree that street fights are unpredictable, and never follow any set rules of engagement. A stronger mind, will, and body are what is needed to win almost any engagement in our lives.
